Thanks to the hard work of several of our core volunteers we now have sixteen different logos to choose from. Please got to the bottom of the page to vote for your favorite logo and leave a comment describing why you chose it. What you’re seeing below doesn’t represent a final image of what each logo could be. So if the best design looks unfinished then vote for it and leave a comment describing what needs to improve!

Which logo should represent Buy It Like You Mean It's educational consumer service?

I like #9 the best–I think it conveys that this is about consumer goods and that there is some active agent/process represented by the crows that intercedes with the consideration of consumer goods. But I think the barcode might be more dense/stylized, the birds could be chunkier and have fewer/less pronounced articulations, and the typeface could also be thicker, less stretched out and given more space.

I can relate more to the human image. The ravens just didn’t do anything for me, in fact, they remind me of the movie “The Bird’s” which scared me half to death when I was a kid.

I really appreciate the visual simplicity and color of #7. It’s striking.
From a practical perspective, it’s also easy to see our name on #7, and I bet it will stand out nicely on apparel.

I like 6, 7 and 9. I want to rank those up top.

I like the green logo best because it is easy to read, says what it is clearly and has underlying “greenie” message - Gotta be the one!

I like #7 best of these. But I think #9 has a lot of potential to be better executed by making it more compact in the horizontal.

I’m with the 6,7, and 9 crowd. I chose 6 mostly because I think green is overused (I actually love the green one, but I like the fact that yellow is not green, since it seems like anything associated with eco has to be green these days. Why not stretch it a little.) 9 is super too. I’m digging the acronym, and wondering how the masses that will use this awesome product will end up pronouncing it, like the google verb. “Starkist tuna? I’ll bilumi it right now”

I like having the barcode-ness someway in the logo. That’s why I chose this one, but the name/website needs to be more prominent. I like Marla’s comment about ‘bilumi’ becoming a verb- so incorporating that in the graphics part of the logo with the full text below.

guess this is a bit late since the new poll is up and #9 seems to be the winner…. But i really like the cleanness of #6,7,9 (maybe a modified 13) and the birds in 16 are cute too for a verticle design. I prefer the big slowing birds in this #9 then the ones in the new denser ones in the new poll.

What about taking the ravens you have already at the top of the site and using them just making the leaves on the tree money instead of looking like little star leaves? Just a thought.
